BABY/TODDLER SESSIONS
We now offer a baby / toddler group whereby you can bring your child along to the group to interact with other children. These sessions are for both the child and the parent and will require the parent to stay with and supervise their child.

Wednesdays - 10:00 - 11:30

Cost per session £1.00

MAIN SESSION TIMES/COSTS
We admit children from the age of 2-years-old and can provide up to 15 hours childcare for those eligible for funding.
We operate a waiting list and will advise you to put your child on to the list by completing a registration form approximately a year prior to the expected date of admission. This will allow us to organise places and enable you and your child to visit prior to admission and so help your child to settle more easily.

Mondays - 9:30 - 12:30 (optional lunch club 12:30 - 1:30)
Tuesdays - 9:30 - 12:30 (optional lunch club 12:30 - 1:30)
Wednesdays - 9:30 - 12:30
Thursdays - 9:30 - 12:30 (optional lunch club 12:30 - 1:30)
Fridays - 9:30 - 12:30

Cost per session £7.50

Optional Thursday lunch club £2.50

All fees are payable at the start of each half term upon receiving an invoice from the Treasurer. Alternative payment arrangements can be discussed with the Treasurer.
Fees continue to be payable if a child is absent without notice, or for a short time. This is because the operational costs remain the same and the child’s place cannot usually be filled. In cases of prolonged absence parents should consult the committee about fee payment as in special circumstances – such as long-term hospital treatment – a retainer fee only may be charged.

Please let us know at least four weeks in advance if you child is leaving Playgroup. Your child’s place is conditional upon continued payment of fees.
